Can this actually be played Singleplayer?
I noticed one of the tags stated Singleplayer, so is this actually true?

yes. ive been playing it in SP and its great fun !

no you cannot actually run the game at all since its missing files and you cannot save, you can play on a "local LAN" alone, but again, no save

What are you talking about? That game can be saved, of course, it has a comprehensive save feature.

How to play this ? I subed to it and other one to and nothing happens when I start a SP scenario. Also hosting local blank screen is all.i get and kicked back to menu so not working for me.
