It only tells me how to heal them when I do that?

Just use the "HEAD". The right Word you can sometimes read is Talk. Should work.

It sometimes takes a minute to work because the scripts are loading laggy:D

It's a tiny little bug, barely a bug really. the "Head" icon is actually over the talking icon, you need to be a certain distance away for the head icon to disapear and the talk icon to be visible, it's a really small thing really, it's annoying at first but you can get around it.

I had that same problem. I had the heal head option over the talk option. You can fix that by going into your ace settings and medical tab, and disabling the medical feature. To heal people or self, you can use the medical menu instead, which you open by pressing H.

You just have to stay at a distance of ~3m and the ACE heal option wont show up.
