Enable respawn
Title. When I get shot alone, my game ends because no one is there to medic me. Pretty stupid in a single player map.

Just host it as a local server and youre golden.

Agreed, the single player version should have respawn. Looks like it was added in, but it's not working for me.

It sometimes works for me, a lot of the times though I have to restart and reload persistent save when I die.

If you host a local server do you have to use the dedicated server mods?

Theres no "dedicated server mods". Overthrow works out of the box on a local server.
