Hiya!

As the title says.. (And I'm apologizing if this is not allowed... ;-; ) I'm looking for some chill folks to play Overthrow with on my abandoned Exile 20 slot server, that I revamped to the Overthrow Campaign because the server was collecting cobwebs and dust, sitting in the mothballs. So I relaunched it with Overthrow. I've already seen some folks joining, while only one kept coming back. (I have him now in my friends list but he doesn't play that often.)

Where I'm practically looking for.

MUST:

* Use voice chat. (Preferably Discord)

* Have a bit of knowledge of Arma III in general (Not specially Overthrow, I can explain it in-game.)

* Know how to play different styles. (I.E. Tactical/Stealth, Pushing points, Defensive/Offensive gameplay.)

* Be able to understand a (little) bit of military-ish talk. (I.E. Answering with things like "Good Copy" or "Negative". Also a slight insight of giving co-ordinates from the ground when people (mostly me xD) are flying in an attack chopper, so you can co-ordinate an airstrike together with the pilot(s).)

* Not be selfish and/or ignorant. (If something is asked, like: "Do not fly anything untill the Go is given." Or: "Please, do not take anything from the storages yet." Then please aknowledge that.)

* Be playing the thing seriously.

* Be prepared to install some minor mods for this. (Listed DOWN BELOW.)

RECOMMENDED (No must):

- Preferably aged 16+ (I don't give a boohoo about age, as long as you actually sound/act maturely.)

- Have a bit of piloting skills (At least in attack helicopters. (So launching air strikes.))

- Have the ambition to actually finish the mission and then actually keep playing as long as the campaign is so called "over". (We will probably start over again when we finished it.)

- Do not rage when we reset (start over) the campaign because there are some strange bugs with some objects. (They start to float above- or sink into the ground sometimes. Aggravating as hell. I know.)

SERVER FEATURES:

* 24/7 dedicated

* Persistence is OFF (So you have to manually launch the mission if you're connecting to the empty server) due to a mission glitch. (They will stick on the map after the last player logged out and the next time you log in they remain there but there will never come any hostiles to the objectives.)

* Me (as admin/owner) playing actively. (I'm not really fond of playing alone anymore, so that's why I made this thread. Desperate to get some possible "friends" out of this.)

* No lag at all.

* Thus far, not really much crap happened. Not much players online (yet) as the server has been set from Exile to Overthrow for not even a week. (I have a passworded 10-slot server also where I played Overthrow on from January.)

* We use some custom mods also. (It looks much, though like half of those is compatibility addons with ACE and CUP etc.)
I have a list with all the Steam Workshop links ready. Though for those with slow(er) internet speeds: I recommend you to already download CUP Vehicles/Units/Weapons if you haven't yet, since those are the biggest in file size...

PS. Please, comment first before sending a request since I decline nearly everyone nowdays because of several maps I made for another game, and everyone seems to like it... I'm regularly cleaning my friends list, so, that's the reason.
