I would suppose in the server browser, the gamemode field would be blank (talking about Infected), unless the gamemode somehow shows the title 'Prop Hunt' or something along the lines of that.

Custom games -> Set up your map -> Change the server settings to: Hide and seek/Prop Hunt (or something similar) -> wait for people that join you
