i ran across this problem too,the way i encountered it is i re-installed the addon,then uninstalling the extra weapon skin addons,then installed back the main addon,it doesnt show the menu at ALL. I hope the creator fixes this (i wish him/her he best of luck)

don't install with old/dead. It will replace some of the new one.
