How to unlock pack-a-punch on Cold Blooded ( V1.2 )
To unlock pap on Cold Blooded you must first active 3 light switches. They must also be activated in a specific order.
The switches are in the following locations in order:

Next to the shield part in the room with mule kick. You should see it to the left of the door.

The next switch requires you to build power. After you turn on power the switch can be activated by pressing "F" on the power box.

The final switch is next to pap behind the fountain.

Uhh. You're wrong for the second one, you don't need power on at all. It's actually on the wall next to the drop-down at the dig site.
And, I mean, the switches are pretty easy to find once you know what you're looking for. :P

I tried activating it by clicking around it, but can only seem to activate it after i turn on power. That's the way I found it.
