City-States Not Spawning
Hello, I've got an issue. So, I'm playing with all DLC on and used BNW, G&K, and Vanilla CS mods together and seperately to test this. Most of the CS don't spawn for some reason and this is even together, however it worked with G&K oddly with only G&K version. I'd really like to have all the correct CS spawn on Western Eurasia map and not just a few as it's boring as hell and just makes it empty.

this happens all the time i guess we cant fix that but if you do download IGE (in game creater) you can actually see the citystates that were post to spawn but didnt if you go to the change civ tap through IGE

you can change to that civ and place them on the map
