Answer: Please remove all bills and readd them from scratch, if the updated changed anything to do with recipes or manufacturing in general the bills will still hold the data from the previous version. So deleteing and recreating them will often solve the problem. Also as a last resort try deconstructing and rebuilding the fabricators.
Answer: Sometimes steam workshop is flaky, i suggest leaving the mod and coming back to try again. restart steam, or try a little later. As a last resort you can DL the mod from the Ludeon forums. link is the the mod description and install the mod manually.
Answer: While the mod is indeed WH40k based, i will take creative licenses where i need to, mainly if the game mechanics limit something and its the only way something can be done, OR if something is too cool not to include.
Answer: No, i do not approve of any use of my mods in part or whole to make any other standalone mods. You can however feel free to edit and make changes to my mod on your own personal PC for personal use only in order to make it better fit your playstyle, but this should be for personal use only.
