Do you need the Pope to start a war if you're a king?
Sorry I'm new to this mod; but me being a king am I able to start a war with another country without having to go to the Pope and paying him? Thanks in avdance.

I'm installing the mod right now, but knowing history, you shouldn't, but it would legitimizeyour war.

Think about the Medival total war. I think this will be cool if kings get punishment if they declare war against another Catholic country without the permission of the Pope. Not so many random wars.
