How to do a battle royale?
I want to have the AI duke it out without interferance, how do I do it with this.

I think you just have make yourself a civ with no cities and then let the AI fight it out. You should be able to just make some submarines for yourself and put them under the arctic. I'm not certain this is the case so I hope I haven't misled you
