"Take a seat" option.
How does it work? All I can is to choose a major civ and just look around, no unit\research control or anything else. In v27 of IGE it was possible to full-control both major and minor(city-states) civs. Tell me if ya know. :llama:

When I pick another nation, it won't let me look very far or place any units. On top of that I can't reveal the map to it.

Been trying to get the four native americans civilizations to represent the various tribes in Eastern North America.

But I can't place any units or reveal the map, so I can't do that....

Tempted to just install of civ 4, with a mod I like and then find a Eastern American map to edit peice by peice.
