i had this mod for a long time and so far it has never done this. when i tried to revisit the game the game crashed and did not work anymore. i uninstalled the game, verified game cache but now the IGE mod does not show up in the "mod enable" option. every other mod seems to work. this is the only mod i have enabled at the moment.
