On my Windows machine, everything is working as expected.
Some technical info:
OS: Arch Linux (Manjaro) 64bit
CPU: Intel i7 4770HQ
GPU: Integrated graphics :)
RAM: 16 GB
No other mods are being used.
Edit: It looks like we're not the only ones having these issues: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/77002777/412448792359661787/ and http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/77002777/360672383117367359/ and http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/77002777/360671352683170166/
Edit 2: The only error I can find in CivV's log files:
> Runtime Error: \home\eijk\.local\share\Aspyr\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\ingame editor (v 39)\ige_infotooltipinclude.lua:147: attempt to call global 'L' (a nil value)
Not sure if this is related to the problems though.
