NO START BUTTON
I have uninstalled, flushed, emoved files, unsubscribed, restarted steam, subsribed activated mod, started fresh game, still no button, ctrl+i not doing anything

The mod has to be activated (in the mod menu) which is not descriped in the intructions

Just an update. I cleaned the game cache, It is working now.

the reason i was having this issue was because i had cleaned the game cache for another mod, it worked for that mod but bugged IGE, so i will take Lycan's advice and try to clean the game cache again. hopefully it works.

Guys I got it... After you launched the game go to mods - press on the mode -> okay -> accept -> FROM THIS MENU single player -> download etc...
