Is the green box checked?
Does it happen on a brand newly set up game?
Try set up a new game, to see if it shows, even a new game with only IGE as the only checked mod.

have the same problem. i also tried to run it as the only mod...... no result :(

Same problem here. Had a game running with IGE last night ( about 12 hours ago) without any problems. Reloaded this morning and can't get IGE to run. IGE box is checked in mod menu.

Exited game and reloaded- no IGE. Exited game, unchecked IGE in Mod menua nd reloaded game. Still no IGE as expected. Exited game, checked IGE and reloaded- still no IGE.

Started a new game with IGE and IGE in in banner at tehtop and I am able to call it up on the screen.

Returned to saved game and still no IGE.

SOLVED: I went back an disabled ALL Modes except for IGE. Reloaed game and IGE is back. I had the following Mods enabled earlier: Scouts ignore borders, subs ignore borders.

You only need IGE, that "barbarians no XP limit mod", and some BlouBlou's gems to decently play Civ V. Now, get rid of anything else and, simply, have fun.
