Stats (just an idea, for fun.)
when disguised half damage you take goes to the person you're disguised as.
-15% disguise speed
-20 hp
-45% cloak capacity

if the stats you said gona be real everybody will take the heavy at disguise (i'm french so i don't speak very good english :D )

-15% disguise speed
50% weakness to fire
when undisguised extinguish user.


them stats would be fun to use.

if you back stab the persion you are disguised as you gain %50 of there life!

+Scout and Medic disguise have equal speeds
!On disguise: Say something!
-After walking for 10 seconds while disguised as Scout or Medic: Demo speed

How would this stack with the dead ringer? I think major bug testing would need to be done as well as making it so environmental damage doesn't count or else people will abuse it.

Yeah, that would be a MAJOR PROBLEM because of how much people like to troll.
