@Wyrm I'm sorry to bring this back, but at least I can post in the specific Mod Problems section now.

I have problems on my server from multiple users and this happens on SP too of rexes- though it happens with other dinos too- 'breeding' but not laying eggs. Further to this some of our tamed wild dinos do not show mate bonus and will therefore not breed flat out with other dinos of opposite gender.

Can you tell me if the coding of your mod would affect any of this? I suspect it may be a mod conflict and will contact other modders too, but changing mods on our server has been rather unstable of late. Finding the answers to these questions would be much simpler.

Can you help?

@Scotland Well i'm tested the mod and can say, that there is no problem with laying eggs, i'm tested on Raptors and Rexes, for now, there is also mate bonus, without any issue!

Answer is no! Probably it is, but it is not my mod!

@Wrm Thank you for your reply. I have discovered the source of despawning eggs. Screeshots on my profile. Eggs from dinos tamed or bred recently (ie since the nerf update of flyers) drop bred eggs that decompose. This means that in order to hatch them they need to be continually picked up and dropped EVERY minute. This is decomposing, NOT spoiling. One pic on my profile shows the difference of an egg bred from two rexes caught pre-patch, the others post-patch. We are undergoing tests to see if this might be a mod-conflict or mod order problem. Just wanted to bring this to your attention. Can you shed any light?

@Scotland What can i say, is that when i'm test it up and have something like on your first two screenshots but not like the last screenshot! If it somehow helps you of course!

@wyrm Just wanted to give you a heads up , we installed your mod on my server , however it was with a different map , But i did not find any spawned eggs to pick up , which is fine we were just having fun and though the mod sounded fun. However went to uninstall it , and it messes with the Dino files , and had to roll back a day to the uncorrupted files. The problem we had was None of the tamed male dinos we got would mate with any females we got which make breeding kind of a mute point . so thats where its at . Thanks for making the mod , really do appreciate it .

@Immortal Yeti Exactly another problem we are having atm. We are facing uploading everything and starting again. Can you list your mods to see if we use a common one?

@Immortal Yeti, @Scotland Do you have same problem in singleplayer? Do you test there? Coz, there can be some problems with this mod and dedicated servers!

@scotland This is the only dino altering mod i use , the rest of my mods are all structure based . @wyrm i havent tested on single player , as i primarily play on my own unofficial dedicated server

@Immortal Yeti How they don't want to mate, well it is sounds really strange, also strangest thing is that this mod somehow modify or corrupt server (dino) files, as it is not a logical, this mod must work as standalone and don't even toch any other files that not this mod itself, well really weird i can say! But yes, as i'm say above, i'm tested it by my self, and can say everything works like a clock! Probably, (in my opinion) mod doesn't work correctly on dedicated servers, but not it local servers or singleplayer. I will try to emulated dedicated server, and look how it works!

@Wyrm When we went to uninstall the file for your mod has all the dino files in it , and therefore it modifys dinos in order to spawn fertilized eggs in the wild. its an easy way to go check to see if dino files in the mod when installed , if so then it modifys them and causes an issue . As far as the not mateing , any tamed male will NOT mate with any female that i had for breeding purposes . i can't tell you why , but it wasn't and so i am in the middle of retaming some dinos and check to make sure it will still work otherwise i need to roll back another day. But as i said the idea of randomly spawned fertilized eggs is neat , but not at the expense of other parts of the game.

@Immortal Yeti Very strange, as in theory mod files must work independently with ark ones! About mating, in my opinion it is not mate with ark dinos but with this mod it does, question is why! I'm look in to it and trying find some answers! I'm also plan update mod, so maybe new update fix that issues, but i'm not sure!

@Yeti :Wyrm These are the problems we have had too. This is why we are having to reinstall a fresh Ark today. Im very sorry Wyrm and im sure it does work for you, but it does not work with ours. The only dino mod we use is Classic Flyers.

@Scotland All i can say for now, reason for this is pretty simple! As i'm test it out, the problem is that dinos from this mod can mating only with dinos from this mod but not with default ones, so that because your dinos can't mate! I'm looking foward to somehow fix this issue, but for now, i'm don't find any solution!

So from what I've seen, flying creatures are bugged out. They have no "grab" animations, can't walk backwards on the land, and cannot attack while on the ground. Is this due to an outdated mod or is it just a broken aspect of the mod? I ask because it only affects FENS flyers.
