What does everyone do to go up to a curved foor frame on a curved foundation.
Like this, I can't get anything to snap right. The inverse curved ceilings wont even snap.

what if u made it a square floor to snap the stairs to

The inverse curved ceilings that square it off wont snap.

Snap a square and put regular stairs, and then corner stairs. Creates a stair foundation look.

A square what? I tried a ceiling on top of the foundation, it doesn't snap.
