you run a pipe like you would for watering plants.. but connect it to the fireplace.. i have a fireplace up and running.. But as i am on my own server, we use bore water tap (Which means I can get water anywhere on the map).

I had a lot of trouble with this too on Crystal Isles - I tried to get pipes from the water well to go to the fireplace but had zero luck. I gave up, built a little spot near water to dump it on and ran the pipes from the fireplace back to the nearest water. Frustrating problem that it doesn't just snap onto floor pipes like a vanilla cooker.

Does it require full irrigation like a cooker, or can a reservoir fuel it, also, can I just use waterskins?

Question i would like to make recipes in it but there no Way to do so even if i have the notes in it i added the cooking pot to the fireplace it is irrigated and there is no menu for the Recipe making
