Can't place ceilings
I can't place ceilings. They show green but when I try to place it just disappears. I have this mod in the first slot but I am also running S+ ... any ideas?

I also can't learn the keep half arch and a small number of other pieces.

This sounds like a mismatch issue, where some parts of the files went missing between steam and your system during download of the update, if you follow this guide it will fix the issue :)

Thanks for the fast reply! I deleted it server side and reinstalled. That seemed to fix it.
