Auto Build Networked AI
How about adding a tech that helps mid to late game with a building that automatically builds robots and possibly at a faster rate than 18 months. Maybe have different levels of the building for different build speeds.

Also, if anyone knows of a mod that does this and works with this one, I'd very much appreciate the info.

Look into the Auto Build and Improve Buildings ENG/RUS/FRA/GER mod. there is an option that auto builds robots but no buildings or anyway of making them build faster.
