If you look at the lore carefully it says that big j was doing stuff with S7 and berries. (According to unturned)
So it may mean that indigo berries are acidic and in the lab with the soulcrystal in russia it says that the virus was mutating too fast and growing acid glands, which may have something to do with the indigo berries.

What about filling a bottle for 25% fuel from a gas can or something on the lines of that?

How about spawning Vodka bottles at shops ? Like , rare quality
Also , Vodka + 3 cloth + any torch = molotov coctail . That would be more logical .

I think you all are reading too much into this.

Make dis simple, gas, a can, 1 cloth, and a Jerry can that gets given back empty. Not hard, all vanilla, makes way more sense.

I agree, we should use up to 25% of the fuel from the gas can that way you can make up to 4 molotovs with 1 fuel can

chemicals and acid have a big difference and also using and finding gas wouldnt be worth crafting molotovs
