-types "map my_world" in console-
"Map load failed: Map my_world not found or invalid" Wait what? I DOWNLOADED IT WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW? (Please help me. i want to play this map so badly:steamsad:)

You have to move the Map to the maps folder, unlike Gmod that does it for you. It's easier to download it from Gamebanana but I don't think the creator put it on that site.
