Now I can run the game at native resolution and a scaling around 1.3 and things look better than ever before with almost no blurriness.
I'm also running the century gothic mod in these screenshots, let me know if you need things more vanilla:

Even only at 1.2 I can see real benefits of the UI scaling. The devs really have made a great quality of life option.
There is nothing more I need atm.
