wait, karma charger plays games other than tf2?

I just personally played the map, and I was able to purchase every single perk with no problem at one time.

I was able to buy all perks except widows wine... which is how it should be, no dumb perk limits especially if there is no way to obtain more than 4 perks

I just bought all perks including widows wine. I bought The custom perk first, could that be the problem if there's intended to be a limit?
