you have to buy Perk-a-lot for 10,000 points. it's in P.C Devs room. it gives you all of the perks

but u need a slot for it

so you can have max 3 perks before u get the last one? This is just a weird thought since i've seen people on youtube videos,for example, that buy it and already had 5 perks.

you can carry a total of 6 perks, but if you want perk-a-lot, you can only have 5. the 6th slot is needed for perk-a-lot

Also, if you have full perks and want perk-a-lot just type in console "/kill"
you lose all perks, also note you're left on 1hp, so do it at the end of a round next to perkalot machine to avoid dying
