Did you publish your log after the error popped up? Because there is zero indication in the log that something went wrong. No issue with the same mod set on my end, either.
Failing everything else, you could try resetting your game configuration by deleting/renaming this folder:
Also, there is "Verify game files" in the Steam properties that you could try.

Don't know if its any use to you now but i find if I play a colony for a little and then make a new game and reroll the map, it always crashes and will continue to until i restart the game.

Never seems to happen otherwise, so yeah restart the game if this is happening to you
