One general suggestion: Gameplay > realism ==> even if a certain business opens 24/7, it might not make sense gameplay-wise to have it serve breakfast, lunch and dinner lest it gets too powerful. Same with costs and benefits, balance trumps everything.
When it comes to shops, I would start with the most relevant chains in those kind of towers:
- Mc Donalds
- Burger King
- KFC... and the same for clothing stores etc.
Then look for what's missing from the vanilla game:
Is there a ramen store yet for instance?
Im sorry, if I dont understand, but the starbucks shop isnt really OP. It opens 10 pm to 24pm
and only serves coffee. Rent is 300$, not too much.
Thank you for the tips, i think McDonalds will be next.
But I'm not sure if there is something like a ramen store. Whatever ramen is <:/
Ramen are the world famous Japanese noodle soup shops (originating from Chinese la mian noodles). I believe Yoot Tower had such a shop. Isn't a priority though.
Ooh, what about a XXX shop? :D
Or even better: a Chinese barber shop (basically a brothel with a handful of hookers sitting on a couch in the window)!
Well, lawyers could demand hookers. The category: service store. :D
