The game doesn't unload scripts if you restart or immediately go into a second match, so you'll need to exit the game entirely before it'll start assigning regos again.

We also only have up to 32 regos per ship class, some with less than 10 regos, so you can go through what we have pretty quickly.

Only the TMP and TOS and some of the ENT era Federation ships have regos at the moment, it's not a quick process setting a ship up to have them!
