Scout with a Shotgun would be something really great. Proper shotgun-like pellets and shooting pattern would be awesome to have as Scout.

I would suggest, that you should add one more negative effect to this, because it's overpower.
I recommend a "20% slower movement speed while capturing" effect or a "marked for death while capturing" effect.
But the main idea is very good.

i just LOVE the look of it, it looks like hybrid between stock shotgun and scattergun. Would be cool if it was added at least as reskin and even better as new weapon
