It would be weird if they added it in for no reason, without his knowledge. I think he knows that it's in the game files, maybe he knows there's gonna be an update soon. But I would absolutely love it if this was in the game. :)

Wouldnt mind seeing this author make the standard shotgun, and give it to scout with some decals on it to fit his style..

to add this to a server, you have to make a custom plugin (or ask someone to do it for you) which lets you use the model and make stats for it. Also, you need the files for the model if you want it on a server.

Few months late but like the Auto-Cannon this gun is considered cut content. It's on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TF wiki. Valve play tested it and cut it without the creators acknowledgement.
