Elizabeth Gloriana, 'England' - not Churchill and UK?
Installed mods (both this and the data pack) and in-game the UK faction is 'England' and instead of Churchill it's lead by Elizabeth I... Both are activated.

This applies to all the included scenarios. All the other factions and leaders are correct (Hitler, Mussolini etc.). Churchill's audio still plays on the loading screen, but it shows the usual Civ V blurb for Elizabeth I and the English.

I've discovered that it does resolve if I load and unload the mod packages a few times. Sometimes after one reload, sometimes after 4. It's very inconsistent.

yes, this is a civ5 bug when caching the modded database in the memory, I can't fix that on my side. You can try to load the mod, goes in a scenario setup screen, navigate back to the game's mods menu (updating data again) and load the mod again to force the update.

what really strange about this one is that depending on the computer it may happen with different leaders.
