Got two questions
1)How do I heal my units?
I seriously don't understand... I move my units to the city, leave them fortified and do stuff like that - nothing. :/
2) How can I upgrade units?
Like Pz. I to Pz. IV or Pz. II to Pz. III etc.

Your units should heal automatically as long as it's in teritorry connected to a city.

I don't think you can upgrade panzers, they are completely different units with individual strengths and weaknesses.

You Units will only Heal if you have the required ressources for it.
