Making Soldier say "Canada wins again" is not possible. Not trying to be rude, but it just simply would not make sense.

Why make him say it? Just having him salute it and you can change it to any flag would be perfect. It doesn't need to support Canada or America through words,just salute it.
Soldier may be American in BACKSTORY,but one feature is just roleplaying through cosmetics,taunts,and actions. I've spent almost YEARS trying to make Soldier part of the mounted brigade.

Except Soldier is a patriotic and crazy American. Valve has always maintained that, especially in the comics. Soldier would NEVER salute to any flag, other than the American Flag.

But still, would you find it unfair that maybe brazil gets to be apart of the cosmetic. so we have 2 flags. but what about russia or denmark? and all the others? its not very fair, and if the american flag is the only one its not fair to all the others. so go away.
