Would it be possible for you to make a simple adjustment to make a player able to stop time as long as they'd like? To resume time, just click your primary mouse button again. If you ever find the time, I'd just love this.

There is another time stop mod on steam, it isn't related to Jojo but to some other show. Search up time and there should be a mod named Charmed Magic in it, thats all I know.
