I also found this very annoying (after about 100 loops) and finally tracked down the cause. The Stargate command logo block continuously blasts the theme song on a loop so long as it's on. It seems to have quite a long range (at least a km, I didn't try going further) so it can be hard to figure out where it's coming from if you happen to place the block when your audio's off.
