IF NOT WORKING
Try to remove similar addons and avoid conflicts. Off addons temporary by pressing Disable All and turn on only AR2 Remake. Turn on addons one by one and restart the game after each addon or page of addons, after every page re-enter gmod until an error appears and you will see what exacly causing the error.

They just save to the cache, factory reset is sometimes required
