Is it a Bug or a feature that the -25 castration debuff doesnt fade away? Is there a way to counter it Like with prosthetics?

I think its Kind of weird that ppl get used to be harvested for both of their arms and legs but have an eternal discontent because of losing their Reproduktion Organs.
