Compatible with Thirite's pregnancy mod?

Nope.
Tried any position in the load order, results in crashes invariably.

EDIT: Actually, I think Thirite's mod might be outdated or something or I might have an incompatibility I am yet unaware of.

Rimworld hasn't updated in a couple months now, it couldn't be that.

Then I don't know.
Put it at the top, the bottom, removed birds and bees, nothing changes, still crashes. And the logs don't mean anything to me because I'm a nubblet or something, I guess.

Might be something else if your game is still crashing without birds and bees.

Removed anything that was explicitly said to be so much as possibly incompatible in the mod page. I haven't the slightest idea what the problem is.
...Maybe I should post the logs? All they seem to do is repeatedly state what hardware my PC has.

it seems that once installed Bird & Bee,Thirite's pregnancy can't make any colonist pregant after lovin

The mods are incompatible because they both override the same method through pointers. I've made a patch to enable impregnation alongside this mod. Just override the assembly in this mod with the one from the patch:

I am having trouble with it too, I didn't already have it downloaded but it will not work. It always says that it is not compatible and when it actually loads and it shows the crib no pregnancys occur
