- After dealing 500 damage, can be activated to allow you and any nearby teammates to gain 20% extra fire rate.
- Wearer takes 20% extra damage from explosives, including their own.
When Deployed: everyone in a small radius will recieve 10% more damage and a 10% faster movement speed but take 15% extra damage from all resources in that radius, including you, you take more damage and do more damage than the others.
Cons:
+10% more rocket jump damge taken
+10% more fall damage taken
when deployed : enemy get bonked and teammates get + 40% damage on the melee
such as perfect gun everytime, specially on degroot keep ;)

While deployed, all friendlies in it's radius gets +20% firing speed, and all enemies get a -30% firing speed. In addition to that, it will duplicate any other soldier buffers(e.g. buff banner, concheror, etc) for the rest of it's deployment.
For example, if a soldier activates this weapon and walks into the radius of an activated buff banner and battalion backup, this weapon will apply the +20%/-30% firing speed buffs, mini-crit buffs, and -35% damage taken buffs to all teammates in it's radius for the rest of it's duration.
In the right hands, it's a powerful tool that encourages team cooperation. In everyone else's hands, it's kinda mediocre.
ps.the sonud should be soldier's battle cry played over the speaker.

-15% Movement speed while deployed
+25% Melee vulnerability on wearer

Nearby enemies have reduced movement speed and fire rate
Buildings have smaller range and less fire rate/recharge rate
Enemies hit by your melea (which for the soldier is difficult because of your slow movement speed and lower health compared to the heavy) take 25% more damage for 6 seconds
+55% distance that teamates will get the Boost
+15% damage and speed Bonus to teamates
The hearing of all the Teamates will be slightly Reduced on use (wears off soon after buff is over)
While using it (during the blowing) - 40% movement speed
