Step 1: Install ARK Customizer put it in the load order before your stacking mod.
Step 2: Load the game and activate the customizer and find every single listing for an item, example stone, and set them to be modified. (There were 3 listings for me)
Step 3: Modify each listing and make sure the remap to class is blank. Once blank every new item harvested will work with the CCMI.
PS. You will not be able to sell older items due to them being mapped when they were obtained. I have not tested this method with any other stacking mod ONLY HG stacking 10000
EDIT 1: So the old and the new items will stack. So let your players know that if they wish to sell to the NPC vendors via CCMI they will need to keep their new items separate from their old stacks.
EDIT 2: So after some time, I got to the point that it was time to remove HG. This method worked for the most part, but it seemed to increase the instability of my server. The only items that did not convert correctly were all ammunition and gasoline they were deleted completely. Another issue is the morter and pestle, and the fabricator engrams would no longer appear on the vanilla or S+ version. AA crafting tables worked just fine.
