Other weapon drop related addons also are having this issue. So, it seems, that Garry's Mod is buggy. Drop It uses simple built-in players' LUA functions, there is even an function for dropping weapons and I'm using it. For removing I'm using Player:StripWeapon(). More in GMod's wiki. So, graphical bugs aren't Drop It's issue.
