Meet Spy bug
Everytime i get a mission like this i can't seem to find the spy.

I sneak into the planet, and talk with every npc in sight, but they all give me the "gibberish" line; heck i even tried every secret phrase with all npcs on the planet and got the same result.

Is there a way to force-spawn the spy or should i just accept and immediately fail it and just get another one?

I remember experiencing this too. on Bothawui if i recall right. My only idea is that maybe the spy ahent spawns in certain position and the marker isnt set there. Or then devs somehow broke the quest by accident, maybe changed troops file too much.

But it may indeed be impossible to find the spy.
