How to gain right to rule / assing feifs to vassles in this mod?
I have 2 castles now and i used the create commander button to get a vassel but i have no minister nor the option to et one when i started my faction so cant i assign him a fief also i tried to gain right to rule throught the usual method of asking ur companions to go out but there wasnt even an option for that and so i cant make peace with any factions etc,

so for assigning you go faction management and manage territoires to assign and for right to rule you dont need it because well army means everything kinda so right to ruke system was completely removed
