Can I recruit Jedi?
I've been looking around cantinas and planet surfaces but I have yet to find any Jedi to add to my party, do I have to look somewhere specific? do I have to get lucky? I see them in other peoples army, so it must be possible right?

You need to own a planet and build a Force-Sensitive Temple, so that you can recruit and upgrade them.

Well actually, when I try to build something the only options I get are build communications center, or build a prison tower. Is there something else I have to do first? I own the planet, with a faction that I'm also the leader of.

It needs to be a minor planet (a "village").
