Nay, they will never join you. Your faction is not considered as a real faction by the mod because it uses a custom faction system originally only used because the mod was based on Original M&B which didnt have player faction system. When Swyter ported it to Warband he didnt add new features just ported. And no-one has gotten around adding the better WB native faction system.
