Cantinas should refresh the merc troops you can hire
Can we please have these places restock on units for f's sake? I primarily use Mandalorian troops and it's so annoying of how limited they are because of these damn cantinas dont restock and so basically I have limit on how many Mandalorians I am allowed to recruit because when they are all out it's impossible to get anymore.

Actually, the way it works is that the hirable mercs are part of a force on a planet, and they randomly refill with anything availible in the list.

Basically, in order to get more mando troops to show up, you have to mass-hire other guys then fire then and wait for the people there to refresh.
