I see in many youtube videos and forums, people building cloning facilities and other special buildings. Yet when i have taken over a planet, i can only build a communications tower or a prison cell thingy. i've gone from planet to planet taking them over yet i cant build any of these special facilities on them, i cant recruit clones or anything. Only thing i've come across that's remotely related is the clone armour merchant. I downloaded the mod recently off steam workshop
