For Mac OS installation problem.
Looks like Steam not allowing links in forum so for solve installation problem replace {LINK REMOVED} with a link from Unarchiver's command line tool download link in part 1's first code on installation guide and follow the guide exactly. This is not an official solution I am just a user but I solved my problem with that way. For the link just search unar command line tool for Mac OS and copy link from Mac OS section.

Thanks for the indirect report. I think I have fixed the link again, Steam is sneaky with URLs.

Also the unarchiver version download in the guide no longer works for Mac Catalina and later, use the same link but cut the /legacy/ part out to download the latest version.

Yeah, good point. I fixed the guide on The Last Days of the Third Age, but I forgot about SWC.
